By using and interacting with this website you agree with our terms of services,
described in the following. If you do not wish to be bound to such rules, you are not allowed to
access this website and use the related services.
Booking rules
By means of this website we offer a booking service for our rooms, according to the following rules.
- When you check the availability of our rooms through our website, the website automatically shows the total booking amount according to current room prices.
Normally, such prices are lower than those offered by third-party organizations working on our behalf (e.g., Booking.com),
because we do not need to pay the related commissions. So, at any given time, by booking through this website we guarantee you the cheapest prices for our rooms. Plese note that room prices may change anytime without notice, e.g., depending on the season or for special offers.
- There are two main payment options to confirm your booking:
Standard rate: the sum of room prices for the selected time interval. This is the default payment option: the related amount is refundable according to the rules described in our Cancellation Policy.Discounted rate: a discounted booking amount. In order to pay such discounted amount, you must explicitly check the related field. This amount is non refundable.
Both payment options are full-inclusive for your stay in our B&B, excluding tourist taxes.
- At arrival (
check-in time: from 14 to 21 CET) each guest must show a valid identity document, and wait for its registration to the structure. We cannot host any person in absence of a valid identity document: this may cause the cancellation of your booking.
- If, for any reason, you are not able to do check-in in time, you need to contact us as soon as possible. Otherwise, we will automatically cancel you booking. In this case, no refunds are possible.
- For processing payments, we employ a trusted third-party organization: PayPal. When you use PayPal, you are also bound to PayPal Terms of Service
- Each guest is expected to leave our B&B the check-out day before 11 CET
- Throughout the whole period of stay each guest is responsible for the correct use of B&B facilities. Any abuse, theft, damage within the structure may be pursued according to the Italian law.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking anytime through the your booking section of this website (the link will be sent to your mail once the booking is confirmed), but refunds are subject to the following rules:
- Refunds are issued only for Standard rates
- Cancellation done more than
30 days before local check-in time: 100% refund except PayPal fixed transaction fee of 0.35 euro
- Cancellation done between
30 days and 16 days before local check-in time: 75% refund
- Cancellation done between
15 days and 8 days before local check-in time: 50% refund
- Cancellation done between
7 days and 1 day before local check-in time: 25% refund
- Cancellation done less than
1 day before local check-in time: no refund
Privacy
We are committed to protect your privacy. Your data is used exclusively for the provision of our service and
is never shared with anyone else. To track and protect against any abuse of our service, we may collect the IP address/User Agent/timestamp
of requests toward our website and use special files stored on your computer called cookies.
Cookies are also used to track/finalize the booking process.
If you are an Europen Citizen, according to the
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
you may request anytime the deletion, amendment or get an automated export of your data contacting us by email.
